Fulgencio Lisón Gil

Principal investigator

I am PhD. in Ecology. My research is focused in the habitat use, biodiversity, biogeography, conservation and management policies mainly in mammals and more specifically working with bats.
I am interested in the use of models, biodiversity indicators, ecomorphometry, predator-prey relations and intra-interspecific interactions.

Currently working as Assistant Professor (Tenure track position) in the Zoology Department of the University of Concepción (Chile). Also, I am  a researcher collaborator at the Mediterranean Ecosystem Group of the University of Murcia (Spain) and the Landscape Ecology and Conservation Lab of the University of La Frontera (Temuco, Chile).

Camilo Matus Olivares

PhD. Student

I am a Natural Resources Engineer and currently doing my PhD. in the University of La Frontera (Chile). My research is focused in the development of mathematical models to understand the patterns in the distribution of wildlife.

Currently working as researcher in the Landscape Ecology and Conservation Lab of the University of La Frontera (Temuco, Chile) under the supervision of Dr. Fulgencio Lisón.
